Dr. Jian Hu has been selected to attend the Charleston Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease (CCAD) this year, a highly selective international conference organized by New Vision Research (NVR). CCAD is designed to support early-career investigators with innovative ideas in Alzheimer’s disease research and has become a premier venue for fostering new collaborations and funding opportunities since its inception in 2013.
The three-day conference brings together leading researchers from around the world to present research proposals, participate in a mock NIH study section, and engage in in-depth scientific discussions across diverse areas of Alzheimer’s disease research. Through this program, CCAD has awarded over $1.17 million in research funding and has connected more than one hundred early-career investigators globally. Participation in CCAD provides a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, refine research directions, and contribute to advancing the field of Alzheimer’s disease.
